Social Development Worker: Susan Savoie

Susan is a member of KFN and comes from a proud back ground.  Her mother is the late Connie Savoie (Wilson) and her maternal grandparents were James and Irene (frank) Wilson.  Her father Yvon Savoie Still lives in the family home on Bayside.  Susan has two great kids Madison and Zeb, Her husband Efren and their dog Maxx.

Susan’s aspiration is have a fun, adventurous, active, inclusive program that is based on our cultural history, respect -for ourselves and our environment, leadership- having the youth self-lead their groups, volunteering- it is important to give back.  Elders present in the program will be a norm, passing on the knowledge of life is key to our Children’s success.  Participation of the parents is also very important for you are the first teachers of our children.

Susan invites members to stop by the Kwanis’awt’xw(Whale House) to share ideas (coffee included).  Let the games begin……….did we mention FUN!!!!!!
